All goods and services are paid for in advance. We do not operate any accounts.
Payment options are  PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or Direct Debit via this website

Additional Payment Options are:

• Direct Deposit to our business account.
• Please contact us on 0415 555 020 details of our account.
• NOTE: No goods will be sent until all funds are cleared.

Refunds

• All Tesla products have a 30 day money back guarantee from the date of invoice.
• For a refund they must be returned by registered post at your cost in saleable condition, undamaged with a copy of the original invoice and a reason for the refund to PO Box 530 Cleveland Qld Australia.
• All non Tesla products and services on this website are non-refundable and it is your responsibility as the purchaser to choose with care and consideration.

• We usually dispatch Express Post within Australia.
• When you order online or via the telephone you receive an emailed Tax Invoice after your purchase.  Please print out and keep this as it is your TAX INVOICE for your records.
