Description

The Awakener is an oval plate with a hole in the middle. A large amount of energy flows through this centre aperture and it is very good for activating the energy of the third eye.

To calm and focus your mind, or to assist in the opening of your third eye, position the Awakener horizontally over the centre of your forehead.  Leave the plate in place for as long as you feel comfortable. This is great to do whilst meditating. To help with vision or tired eyes, place the Awakener over your eye, leaving for five minutes. Repeat with the plate on the other eye. Some people use two Awakeners concurrently.
